I took the regular (not the extreme)version several years ago and it didn't do anything for me, not even supress my appetite. I think I got a headache and that's pretty much it.

LOL thanks guys,
I was at walmart today and they had it there, so as i was going through the list of ingredients i realized it ws like a multi vitamin with several forms of caffeeine in it. I'm just at that point where i'm desperate
