Default condiments/spices, etc

What are your must haves? I am starting a plan with Noel and I know this will be a weakness for me. I love all those empty calories of ketchup, A1 sauce, etc. So what can I use on my steak, chicken and other meats?

Frank's Wing Sauce - Noel got me started on this and now it's an addiction
Garlic salt
No Carb Heinz ketchup - has Splenda
hot sauce of any kind
Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch dressing packets - use it on my chicken in the crock pot for pulled chicken
Weber Grill Kick'n Chicken seasoning - really spicy and I love it

Mustard and hot sauce go with pretty much anything.
Don't forget you can use fresh and dried herbs for a huge flavour punch without any calories.

montreal steak seasoning is great on steak AND chicken. Their is a spicy one I put on chicken and the regular on steak but they are all interchangeable.

I wouldn't rule A1 out.

On fish, if you eat fist the lemon-pepper seasoning is awesome as is chili powder (not all together but a different option).

No BBQ, unless you get the sugar-free Walden Farms version. Most brands are full of carbs from sugar.
